k-pop groups must have a leader to lead them, i believe the classification to be the leader is depends on the company, so here it is, the list of some awesome leader from the k-pop scene
Super Junior - Leeteuk
People call him 'Leeteuk' his real name is 'Park Jungsu' he was born on 01/07/1983, he is obviously a great leader, he take care of his members well and he is full of responsibilities. I believe he is a natural-born-leader
Big Bang - G-Dragon
Kwon Jiyong is his real name, he was born in 18/08/1988. The stage name 'G-Dragon' (GD) is from his real name 'Ji' (G) and Yong (Dragon). He is Big Bang charismatic rapper and a fashionista. He is not the oldest in Big Bang, in fact he is the 3rd oldest in Big Bang. What makes him become a leader is because he is the longest trainee in YG compare to the other members. And i believe another reason why GD is the leader because he got the quality and high charm for a leader.
SNSD - Taeyeon
This cute leader nicknamed as 'Kid Leader' leader who act like the maknae and looks like the maknae (lol, at least to me she is). Her voice will amazed you, Kim Taeyeon is obviously the best vocal in SNSD. She was born in 09/03/1989 she is the oldest member (by month) in SNSD. Once she wanted to quit as SNSD leader and let SNSD have no leader, because she said she feel bad for the other members cause they are actually the same age (six members of SNSD, including Taeng were born in '89) most likely she said "there's no need a leader role, most of us are the same age...so why don't we remind each other as how bestfriend should be" even though she is not the best leader, SNSD members trust her. And that's important
2NE1 - CL
She is 2NE1 charismatic rapper, Lee Chae Rin is her real name. She is not the oldest in 2NE1, she is actually the 2nd youngest, she's still 19 years old and born at 26/02/1991. But she have strong personality, that even can lead older members, so YG & 2NE1 members trust her as a leader. She always looks fierce, she can rap very well and she can speak 4 language fluently (korean, english, japan and french)
2AM - Jokwon
2AM is one of those groups, whom the leader is not the oldest member of the group. Jokwon is the 2nd youngest from the group yet he is the longest trainee in 2AM. He always brings laugh to everyone! He is very very very dorky! He is definitely funny! He always makes everyone laugh in variety shows. He is 'married' to Ga-In from Brown Eyed Girls, he is married to Ga-In for over a years now, Jokwon even wrote a song for Ga-In and released it as digital single entitled 'The Day I Confessed'. The song is really cute, sweet and innocent! Oh yeah, as a part of OneDay family he have great body and abs.
SHINee - Onew
Onew or Lee Jinki is SHINee leader! Yes, he is the oldest member in SHINee he was born in 14/12/89. In my opinion he is one of SHINee best vocal, i just love his vocal. That's all i can say about Onew, sorry i don't know a lot about SHINee

oh yeah, currently she is 'married' to 2PM Nichkhun in 'We Got Married 2' from there, i think Victoria have a lovable & cute personality. Personally the reason why i like Victoria is her personality. She's a very nice and warm-hearted person. oh, almost forget before debuted with f(x) she was featured in SHINee 'Noona Neomu Yeppeo' MV. Yes, this noona (i mean unnie) is soooo pretty :p
After School - Park Kahi (Gahee)
This sexy leader can sing, can rap, and can dance well! She's pretty, she's fierce and sexy (but she is old) She was born in 25/12/1980. Before debuting in AS she was a rapper for many singers and a back-up dancer too. And of course she take care of her member well
BEAST - Doojoon
He is the oldest from his group and among the other members, i believe he is the most experienced because he was supposed to debut in OneDay (2AM&2PM) but get eliminated.
C.N Blue - Yonghwa
Just like another typical rock band in this whole world, the lead vocalist is the leader of the group. Jung Yonghwa is C.N Blue main vocalist & guitarist. He also C.N Blue songwriter. Oh yeah, i read in some C.N Blue community, one of the member said that 'Jonghyun' used to be the leader when they still promoting at Japan back then in 2009. But when they debuted in Korea the leader role changed to Yonghwa. I'm not sure why they change the leader. But the fact that Jonghyun used to be the leader is true....i guess
i guess that's all, if i introduced all k-pop leaders my hands will explode :p
